Introduction
By purchasing tickets or attending the Sint-Niklaas Tattoo Expo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Tickets

  • Tickets are valid only for the date(s) purchased.

  • Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or confirmation email.

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and enter for free.

Artists & Traders

  • Participation is subject to prior approval and completion of our registration process.

  • All contest entries must be created on-site during the expo.

  • Artists and traders must comply with all rules set by the organizers regarding setup, safety, and conduct.

Venue Rules

  • No pets allowed inside the venue.

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue; they may be consumed in the designated smoking area.

  • The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone violating the rules or causing disruption.

Safety & Liability

  • Attendees, artists, and traders enter the venue at their own risk.

  • The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, theft, or loss of property.

  • Please follow all safety instructions and respect staff guidance.

Photography & Media

  • By attending the expo, you consent to photographs and videos being taken on-site, which may be used for promotional purposes.

Privacy

  • Personal data collected during ticket purchase or registration will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes & Cancellations

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed and options for refunds will be communicated.
